CSP-Introduction to Coffee (SCA Courses)

This course is designed for anyone interested in learning about the coffee industry.

This course includes learning about many aspects of coffee, and includes the entire chain of coffee's journey from tree to cup.

The trainee will learn about sensory skills and the variables affecting them, extraction methods, the standard of water, hygiene, and maintenance of tools and equipment.

The certificate is approved by the Speciality Coffee Association
